At Brandty, we are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to join an established property development company based in San Javier, Murcia.
We are looking for someone who does not want to lead exclusively from behind a desk, but who enjoys being out in the market alongside a team of three: building relationships, negotiating face-to-face and identifying opportunities where others simply see competition.
Someone who understands that sales is not only about closing deals. It is about building and activating a strong network, influencing decisions and being present where business really happens: real estate agencies, property visits, trade fairs and the market itself.
You will join a well-established company with strong growth ambitions and currently undergoing a process of professionalisation, where the commercial department will play a key strategic role in driving the next stage of the business.

Responsibilities

- Sales Management & Business Development

- Represent the company and develop strong relationships with its network of partner real estate agencies, the company's main commercial partners.

- Negotiate commissions, commercial terms and collaboration agreements with agencies.

- Expand the network of partner agencies across the company's target areas.

- Visit agencies regularly, maintaining close relationships and monitoring commercial performance.

- Identify new business opportunities, including potential development sites, emerging areas,



new products and property types.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Identify trends and propose product adjustments based on the preferences and expectations of international buyers.

- Sales Team Leadership

- Lead, coordinate and support a team of three sales professionals.

- Define individual and departmental sales targets.

- Join the team in key client visits and strategic negotiations.

- Monitor performance, provide guidance and keep the team motivated.

- Work closely with the Management team on commercial strategy and other business priorities.

- Marketing & Commercial Communication

- Manage the assigned marketing budget.

- Oversee the company's commercial image and communication with partner agencies.

- Represent the company at international real estate fairs and industry events.

Requisitos

- At least 4 years of experience in sales or business development.

- Around 3-4 years of experience within the real estate or property development sector.

- At least 4 years of experience leading or coordinating teams.

- Fluent / highly proficient English. Additional languages will be considered an asset.

- A strongly hands-on, field-oriented commercial profile rather than a desk-based management approach.

- Availability to travel regularly and visit agencies and partners throughout the Region of Murcia, particularly coastal areas. xqbhyrx

- Strong results orientation, leadership skills, negotiation ability and communication skills.
