In this role you will design, build and maintain general MES solutions (Werum PAS‑X and Opstrakker) in line with the Core model and Sanofi standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant configurations, support sites in problem solving, and drive continuous improvement of MES processes. You will stay current with industry practices while shaping digital standards across manufacturing operations. This role offers hands-on architecture, design reviews, and knowledge transfer to sites, with a focus on impactful, compliant solutions.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Understand and translate business requirements into scalable MES solutions across multiple sites
• Lead end-to-end design and build of MBRs, process instructions, blocks and templates
• Configure core MES solutions close to market standards and best practices
• Manage incidents, corrective/preventive actions and maintenance for MES components




• Lead on-time delivery of projects and ensure robust deployment on sites
• Participate in design reviews, MBR reviews, and validation activities (GxP)
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure compliance with platform management rules
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Digital for Manufacturing, MES experience with Werum PAS‑X and Opstrakker
• Strong knowledge of MES processes including Master Batch Record and Review by Exception
• Pharma industry GxP knowledge and regulatory context
• Experience with integration to ERP, LIMS, xqbhyrx and shopfloor systems; automation layer knowledge (SCADA/DCS/PLCs)
• Scripting knowledge (VB/.Net) and experience with related validation
• English language proficiency; other languages a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
• Experience with cloud and modern digital technologies a plus
