About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of an international team of Account Managers across multiple European countries, driving commercial performance, business growth and sales execution. The role offers the opportunity to act as a key bridge between senior management and field sales teams within a fast-paced and highly technical environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and coordinate a team of 6-8 Account Managers across countries including Italy, France, Spain and the Netherlands.
- Drive commercial execution, supporting both new business development and ongoing customer opportunities.
- Act as a key interface between sales teams and internal functions including engineering,



back office and senior management.
- Monitor and manage key sales KPIs including revenue, pipeline performance, conversion rates and forecast accuracy.
- Support strategic customer meetings and commercial negotiations, including joint customer visits with Account Managers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across the region.
- Identify new market opportunities, target sectors and strategic customer accounts to support long-term business expansion.
- Ensure consistent sales processes, reporting discipline and commercial execution across all territories.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders across the region.
