In this role you own and grow your grocery categories end-to-end within Glovo's darkstore supermarkets, shaping assortment, pricing, and in-app visibility. You will drive commercial performance to improve AOV, gross margin, and category penetration, partnering with Brand Ads, Operations, and Demand Planning. You influence supplier terms, promotions, and campaigns, while mentoring junior team members. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your work directly impacts how customers shop and how the business scales. You will help build a best-in-class category experience that aligns with Glovo's mission of fast, easy delivery.

• Negotiate supplier contracts and lead promotional funding and campaigns
• Plan and run in-store campaigns with Brand Ads
• Collaborate with Operations and Demand Planning to ensure availability and customer satisfaction
• Oversee user experience and pricing for the categories
• Coach and mentor junior team members or interns
Responsabilidades
• At least 4 years of experience as a category manager or buyer, preferably in FMCG within e-commerce xqbhyrx
• Strong negotiation skills with history of closing supplier contracts and ad-hoc negotiations
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
• Strong prioritization and time management for high-impact initiatives
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute in a fast-paced startup environment
• Native-level Spanish and fluency in English
