As Network Development Manager for Spain, you drive the expansion of Allego’s ultra-fast charging network. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build a strong development pipeline, and negotiate site agreements that align with investment criteria. You’ll lead feasibility assessments, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate permitting, grid and project delivery. This role offers the chance to shape Spain’s EV charging landscape within a fast-growing European network and contribute to the energy transition.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and develop new charging site opportunities in Spain aligned with growth strategy
• Build and manage a development pipeline through market analysis and partnerships
• Negotiate site agreements and commercial terms with landowners, retailers, developers, and municipalities
• Evaluate commercial feasibility and expected returns for new locations
• Assess technical, regulatory, grid and commercial constraints on projects
• Coordinate projects from origination through development and handover to delivery
• Coordinate stakeholders including landowners, partners, legal advisors, grid operators and authorities




• Lead permitting, grid connection and feasibility processes with specialist teams
• Identify risks and mitigation measures and maintain project documentation
• Represent Allego in the Spanish market and build strategic stakeholder relationships
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in business development, site acquisition, infrastructure development or related sectors
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation and closing track record
• Experience managing projects from opportunity to development and contract signing xqbhyrx
• Ability to evaluate business cases and feasibility analyses
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience in EV charging, renewable energy, mobility, infrastructure or retail real estate (desirable)
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel regularly across Spain
• Valid driver’s license
