In this role you will lead the backend for internal sales, invoicing, and billing applications, building resilient, scalable cloud-based systems. You will own architecture through deployment, collaborating with design and product teams to deliver value for internal and external users. You will integrate payment platforms and leverage AI to accelerate development, contributing to a high-trust, product-first engineering culture. This is an opportunity to shape fintech workflows at scale within a fast-growing SaaS company.

• Own backend architecture of internal sales, invoicing, and billing apps with high availability and security
• Design and maintain robust backend workflows for financial data with reliability and fault tolerance
• Integrate general payment platforms/APIs (Stripe, Adyen) to optimize financial flows
• Develop end-to-end products with design/product teams for internal and external users
• Embed AI into development workflow using GitHub and AI tools to build smart agents
• Drive Agile practices: PR reviews, continuous deployment, and collaborative specifications
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of professional backend or software engineering experience
• Strong foundation in database management, Docker, and modern cloud infrastructure; language-agnostic
• Proven API design, security, reliability, and production-readiness with concurrency and monitoring
• Background in fintech, xqbhyrx payments, or financial applications
• Product-first thinking and ability to align engineering with business goals
• Experience using AI assistants/automation in daily coding routines
• Collaborative mindset with Agile, cross-functional teamwork
• Bonus: experience developing or integrating AI agents
