In this role you will lead the design, planning and execution of global Business Continuity and IT Resilience initiatives to protect Eurofins' global IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions to strengthen operational resilience and continuity, delivering clear findings to IT and business leaders. This position offers the chance to shape resilience practices within a large, international organisation and to address evolving threat landscapes. You will drive meaningful improvements that safeguard systems and operations.

• Lead comprehensive continuity and resilience assessments across the organisation
• Develop and improve methodologies for business continuity planning and IT risk assessments

• Communicate findings and recommendations through high-quality reports

Responsabilidades
• Independent, structured and confident with negotiation skills
• Emotionally intelligent and able to navigate large organisations
• Strong English communication xqbhyrx skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Master's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• Proven experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Risk Management and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, development practices and security controls
• Solid understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM/SOAR, data center operations, and network design
