In this role you lead and develop a team of IT Project Managers within eDO, driving strategic technology projects that transform the business and customer experience. You connect project delivery to corporate goals, optimize cross-team collaboration, and foster continuous improvement. You’ll personally lead one to two high-stakes initiatives while modeling project excellence in an agile, cross-functional environment. This role offers high-impact work and a clear path to broader leadership within a integral travel platform.

• Drive business value by aligning projects with strategic goals and optimizing delivery processes
• Coordinate cross-team resources and manage critical dependencies between IT, business units, and product stakeholders

• Act as a senior escalation point for project stakeholders and ensure effective governance

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of IT project management with a track record of delivering complex technology projects
• Direct management experience – leading, developing, and mentoring PM professionals
• Strategic oversight to manage a project portfolio xqbhyrx and drive change management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities with senior stakeholders
• High energy, proactive leadership
• Business proficiency in English
