In this role you drive employee lifecycle support and data-driven HR operations across a regional service center. You will work closely with employees, managers, Payroll, and HR Technology to deliver accurate transactions and exceptional experiences. You’ll optimize HR processes, enhance data quality, and support system changes and testing to enable digital HR delivery. The position offers impact through automation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, transformation-focused environment. You help shape reliable HR services that scale with the business mission.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Handle employee and manager inquiries via chat, case management, and other channels using standard procedures and knowledge resources
• Process lifecycle transactions in Workday and other HR platforms (hires, terminations, org changes, comp updates, absences, data maintenance)
• Maintain high data quality and compliance with governance and audit standards across HR systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and automation in collaboration with HR Technology, Payroll, and SMEs
• Investigate and resolve transactional and system issues,



escalating complex cases when needed
• Use HR systems and reporting tools to monitor transactions, analyze root causes, and assess downstream impacts on payroll and compliance
• Participate in HR projects, system enhancements, UAT testing, and process transformation initiatives
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection requirements
Responsabilidades
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, employee lifecycle administration, or HR service delivery
• Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms, especially Workday and ServiceNow
• Proficiency in maintaining xqbhyrx accurate employee data within HR systems
• Strong MS Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level; additional European languages (German, Italian, French) are advantageous
• Proactive in identifying automation opportunities and improving operational efficiency
• Knowledge of HR processes, data governance, and payroll impact awareness
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory/compliance requirements
