As Senior CRM Tech Manager, you will own the technical design, implementation, and optimization of our CRM across Rider, Driver and B2B, spanning 9 markets. You’ll work with marketing, operations and data teams to deliver data-driven marketing automations and CRM solutions that drive customer engagement and growth. You’ll shape CRM infrastructure, automate workflows, and ensure data quality and compliance at scale. This role offers hands-on execution with cross-functional impact and a clear hook in a multi-market mobility platform.

• Lead technical design, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems for multi-market scale
• Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to align CRM solutions with business goals
• Develop and maintain CRM infrastructure, automate workflows, integrations, and personalization
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance through audits and analyses
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system functionality
• Analyze CRM data to derive insights and recommendations




• Manage technical vendors and maintain system documentation
• Develop in-app messages and email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Write SQL and Python scripts for segmentation and ETL processes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field
• 3+ years of multi-country CRM experience, preferably in mobility sectors
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Braze and mobile CRM environments
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for automation and customization
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving xqbhyrx skills
• Experience with API integrations and understanding of data structures/microservices
• Ability to collaborate with North American engineering teams on technical implementations
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Nice-to-have: experience in lifecycle marketing or product management
