In this role you will lead portfolio-level program management and operational governance to enable GE Vernova’s Subsystem Engineering teams to deliver priority programs with excellence. You will partner with engineering leadership to align vision and strategic priorities, while owning schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation across the subsystem. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with platform PMO and other departments to resolve conflicts and ensure timely execution. This is a opportunity to shape how engineering programs are planned, tracked and delivered at scale in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own program schedule and budget for varied programs within the portfolio
• Identify and analyze program risks with mitigation plans across the lifecycle
• Support subsystem-level planning and detailed scheduling of deliverables; communicate with platform PMO
• Partner with engineering leadership to develop vision and strategic priorities
• Manage full portfolio of projects within the subsystem and escalate unresolved issues




• Lead or support Engineering Daily Management rhythms as liaison between subsystem and platform PMO
• Support mid- to long-term strategic planning including demand planning and resource/SWu0026L estimations
• Develop understanding of work throughput using data; create templates and estimates to improve efficiency
• Communicate status, issues and decisions to Project Leaders, Functional Managers, and Business Leaders
• Create and update project schedules in P6 Primavera; ensure proper documentation
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in program management, xqbhyrx engineering or operations
• Experience with engineering product development process; preferably in wind industry
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and common MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, document and execute cross-functional programs
