In this role you support the execution of the executive recruiting lifecycle, partnering with Search Partners and the team to identify, assess, and present top candidates. You will conduct industry research, help develop position specifications, and assist with business development and client engagement. You’ll manage candidate relationships through the search process and collaborate across the firm to uphold our ethics and quality standards. This is an apprenticeship-like role with a clear career path and global collaboration across the firm.

Responsabilidades
• 3-4 years' professional experience or 2 years transferable recruiting experience
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Strong professional communications and writing skills
• Ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates and build relationships
