In this role you will lead regional HSE strategy and execution to reduce injuries, ensure regulatory compliance, and embed safety as a business priority. You will partner with regional leaders to integrate HSE into planning, operations and contractor oversight, driving continuous improvement and measurable safety outcomes. You will shape a safety culture across a geographically dispersed organization and contribute to sustainable growth. This is a highly visible leadership role within Vestas' People and Culture framework.

• Act as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, driving accountability for safety and building HSE capability across the organisation
• Develop and execute the regional HSE strategy,



ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and regional business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Regional President, Head of Pu0026C, and Regional Leadership Team on all HSE-related matters
• Translate integral HSE priorities into practical, effective regional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
• Advance continuous improvement in HSE performance through data-driven insights, targeted interventions, and disciplined execution
• Ensure HSE considerations are fully integrated into business planning, operational reviews, workforce management, and strategic xqbhyrx decision-making processes
• Encourage a proactive safety culture by building engagement, ownership, and accountability at every level of the organization
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve safety outcomes across the region
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Occupational Health u0026 Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related discipline
• Relevant professional HSE qualifications and certifications
