As a Technical Service Manager at SAP ECS, you own the technical health and governance of private cloud landscapes for RISE customers. You’ll lead strategic architecture, standards, and risk management to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable cloud operations. You collaborate with global teams to drive lifecycle activities, migrations, and continuous improvement, aligning IT outcomes with business goals. This role offers impact at scale and a strong focus on customer-centric operations and transformation.

• Own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes, ensuring stability, performance, scalability, and governance across stakeholders
• Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance, defining roadmaps, standards, and best practices aligned with business objectives
• Proactively identify and manage risks and escalations, coordinating timely resolutions with customers and internal teams
• Lead landscape lifecycle activities and transformation initiatives (upgrades, migrations, DR testing, major changes,



S/4HANA adoption, Clean Core)
• Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement to achieve measurable business outcomes from cloud investments
Responsabilidades
• SAP Basis experience (required) in implementation and steady-state scenarios
• Experience with SAP HANA, Sybase, and Unix/Linux environments (7+ years)
• Extensive SAP technical administration and operations experience (7+ years)
• Customer-facing technical leadership and ability to manage critical situations and escalations
• Collaborative, xqbhyrx analytical mindset with ability to coordinate general, virtual teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications in SAP technologies and hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are advantageous
