In this role you will own the quality of Alexa features for a global audience, driving authentic multilingual experiences. You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releases across 100+ countries, shaping test strategies and automation to prevent defects. You work closely with stakeholders to report status and improve user experiences worldwide. Your work helps Alexa delight customers with language- and culture-aware testing at scale. This position offers the chance to impact global product quality at Amazon’s Alexa General Quality team.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in quality assurance engineering
• Experience developing high-quality test plans, xqbhyrx designs, strategies, and executions
• Experience as QA lead on medium to large projects
• Experience collaborating with development and business teams to communicate impacts and requirements
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience scripting or coding
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience with automated test frameworks like Selenium or Appium
