In this role you support the Air Handling unit area by handling technical inquiries, field issues, and on-site assistance for authorized service providers. You help implement and develop the Air Handling Service department and create local service capabilities. You will perform commissioning, start-up, and ongoing technical support while coordinating with the AHU division and key accounts, contributing to service expansion and post-installation optimization. This position offers a hands-on, cross-functional environment in Madrid within a global sustainability-focused group.

• Respond to technical inquiries from authorized service providers or installers
• Manage field technical issues and provide on-site support during complex interventions
• Deliver technical training to authorized service providers
• Perform field service interventions and AHU commissioning/start-up activities
• Monitor installed fleet via online technical support platforms




• Develop and expand service activities, identify maintenance, spare parts, warranty extensions and retrofits
• Organize and plan service interventions autonomously and coordinate with AHU service department
• Collaborate with AHU Key Accounts team for international clients interventions
Responsabilidades
• Formal technical qualification equivalent to medium or higher level in plumbing, HVAC, renewable energy, mechanics or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles xqbhyrx in the sector
• Good knowledge of English and/or German is an asset
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

• Driver's license
• Regular travel to customer sites in Spain using company vehicle
