Requirements
- Relevant experience in product management, ideally with exposure to AI-powered or innovative digital products.
- Experience working closely with AI/ML, engineering, or research teams.
- Comfortable shaping 0→1 products, experimenting, and navigating ambiguity.




- Strong user-centered design instincts and the ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Familiarity with learning, assessment, or talent development.
