In this role you will redesign and validate payment structures to motivate riders globally, leveraging data modeling and experimentation. You’ll influence key operational KPIs by crafting fair, scalable compensation models aligned with logistics needs. You will work with large datasets to uncover trends, run A/B tests, and monitor performance to drive continuous optimization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to address rider needs while supporting Glovo’s mission to deliver fast, easy experiences. This position offers an impact-driven opportunity to shape how rider incentives affect scale and efficiency.

• Identify and implement optimal logistics payment structures to maximize rider engagement
• Redesign courier payment framework considering factors like vehicle used, distance, weight, and peak hours
• Analyze massive datasets to extract trends and opportunities for optimization




• Own the experimentation process: design, run, and analyze A/B tests or similar methods for general rollout
• Monitor performance of strategies, track KPIs, and adjust tactics based on data
• Contextualize solutions for local and regional rider needs
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
• 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions
• Advanced SQL for complex querying xqbhyrx
• Python for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent English
