In this role you will own and optimize the ad monetisation strategy for a diverse portfolio of Lion Studios games, from prototype to launch. You’ll build and refine ad waterfalls, manage monetisation setups, and run A/B tests to lift performance. You’ll cultivate strong external partner relationships to secure optimal deals and work with product and growth teams to maximise ad revenue. This is a hands-on, data-driven role with opportunities to shape monetisation innovations at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and optimize the monetisation strategy across a portfolio of games to maximise revenue
• Design and execute monetisation-related product decisions
• Lead integration, testing, and rollout of new monetisation partners
• Manage relationships with ad providers and ensure accountability
• Propose and drive new monetisation initiatives with engineering to build supporting solutions




• Track eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU and other KPIs and report insights to Product, UA, and leadership
• Serve as primary point of contact for ad networks (technical troubleshooting and escalations)
• Design and read A/B tests with statistical rigor
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and UA teams to share insights and improve workflows
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in ad monetisation in gaming
• Hands-on experience with MAX mediation xqbhyrx platform
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, or analytical frameworks
• Self-sufficient, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-changing environment
• Knowledge of Looker for analytics and reporting is a plus
