As a Senior Performance Test Engineer, you will design, implement and run performance tests and synthetic monitoring to ensure scalability, stability and reliability of enterprise applications. You’ll partner with development teams and stakeholders to locate bottlenecks, optimize responsiveness and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. The role blends technical execution with advisory influence, shaping testing strategies and expanding observability capabilities. You will enhance testing frameworks, CI/CD integration, and ensure scalable, maintainable test assets across the SDLC.
