As an Associate Clinical Trial Manager, you will support integral clinical trial activities within a cross-functional team. You will translate research skills into practical clinical project administration, working with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers. The role offers intensive training, international exposure, and a fast-paced path into clinical trial management. You will help drive study execution, quality, and timelines in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment.

• Collaborate on global study activities with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring tasks with high accuracy
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the clinical trial management system
• Interact with internal project teams, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors




• Quality control of the internal regulatory filing system
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes
Responsabilidades
• PhD in Life Sciences
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international xqbhyrx team
• CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is not required but advantageous
