In this role you drive governance and continuous improvement of enterprise digital analytics and AI-enabled capabilities across AstraZeneca and Alexion. You translate strategic priorities into scalable services, robust controls, and measurable outcomes, collaborating with business, IT, data, legal, medical, regulatory, and external partners. You apply responsible AI and supervised agentic enhancements to shape a flexible analytics operating model. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value at scale and ensure compliant, privacy-conscious delivery.

• Oversee digital asset governance including content, data lineage, taxonomy, tagging, metrics, metadata, approvals, and lifecycle management with regional compliance.
• Translate enterprise web, analytics, and AI strategy into prioritized roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Embed privacy, regulatory, security, consent, and auditability controls into reusable workflows and checklists.
• Manage responsible AI governance with guardrails, reviews, risk classification, and audit readiness.
• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate discovery, reporting, and decision support while safeguarding data.
• Design, pilot, and scale supervised agentic workflows for data retrieval, quality checks, and insight generation with clear governance points.
• Identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and drive automation and reusable services to improve speed, quality, and resilience.
• Coordinate platform integration across CRM, MLR/PRC, DAM, analytics/BI, CDP,



and field platforms, maintaining interface catalogs and release records.
• Drive scaled delivery and adoption through pilots, controlled rollouts, training, and change communications.
• Manage vendor and partner performance with SLAs, risk evidence, governance reviews, and remediation aligned to strategy.
• Operate data stewardship processes including consent, identity, metadata, access control, and data sovereignty with AI use gates.
• Maintain portfolio, budget, benefits, quality, compliance, and service dashboards; track issues and resolutions with measurable outcomes. xqbhyrx
• Ensure audit readiness with policies, model documentation, test results, approvals, and knowledge sharing for safe adoption.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in business, information systems, computer science, data, analytics, or related discipline
• Experience delivering digital solutions, analytics operations, governance, or programme delivery in a regulated, global setting
• Proven use of approved AI tools with prompting, reusable workflows, validation, and responsible adoption
• Understanding of agent orchestration, tool/API integration, workflow state, observability, exception management, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Ability to translate business demand into prioritized analytics improvements and measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of privacy, data protection, compliance-by-design, audit, and data governance practices
• Working knowledge of CRM, DAM, MLR/PRC, analytics/BI, and CDP platforms, including interfaces and release coordination
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder-management, and communication skills
