In this role you will be the trusted technical advisor for enterprise Claude adoption, shaping how Claude is integrated across client tech stacks. You will pair deep technical insight with customer-facing storytelling to design scalable, safe AI solutions. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers from initial discovery to deployment, developing evals and architectures that maximize Claude’s value. This position offers the chance to influence large-scale AI deployments while upholding Anthropic’s standards for safety and reliability. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on steerable, trustworthy AI at scale.

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business goals
• Serve as the primary technical advisor through Claude adoption—from discovery to deployment
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive customer success
• Support customers using Claude API and Claude for Work
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to audiences from engineers to executives
• Guide architectural decisions and integrate Claude into existing stacks




• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance
• Identify common integration patterns and feed insights back to Product/Engineering
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
• Native or C1 Spanish speaker with fluent English
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including executives
• Strong technical xqbhyrx communication skills translating requirements between technical and business roles
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Comfortable with Python
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or background in ML/Data Science
• Passion for teaching and helping others succeed
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-organizational collaboration
