In this role, you will own and evolve Nexthink's observability platform to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery. You will work closely with a large engineering organization to set technical direction and implement scalable, production-grade solutions. You will apply AI and large language models to automate root-cause analysis and surface improvement opportunities. Your work will focus on reliability, performance, and governance of the observability stack, delivering impact across the business. This is a high-visibility, autonomous position with direct influence on engineering efficiency and customer value.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design, develop, and own an advanced observability platform integrated via APIs using DataDog, AWS, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry and more.
• Leverage AI/LLM capabilities to automate root-cause analysis and surface improvements across the platform.
• Administer and optimize the observability platform for performance, reliability, cost, and governance. xqbhyrx
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate on solutions to ensure production-level reliability and efficiency.
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS projects
• Experience with observability systems; DataDog a plus
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
• Experience with IaC tools for cloud/observability resources
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS fundamentals
• Knowledge of security requirements and best practices in SaaS
• Understanding of SRE challenges
• Ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day work
• Ability to lead cross-team communications
• Self-motivated, organized, solution-oriented
• Professional-level English (spoken and written)
