In this role you own the Fabric agent plane, including runtimes, orchestration, and the model gateway, with a focus on vendor-neutral, open standards. You will manage enterprise-scale AI harnessing and the MCP/A2A integration spine across the Fabric, enabling safe, audited, end-to-end agent identity, entitlement, and governance. You lead architecture strategy and cross-functional teams to deliver production agent workflows and secure, compliant AI capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on risk-aware innovation and measurable cycle-time improvements.

• Own agent runtimes, orchestration, and the model gateway with modular, testable skill boundaries
• Manage MCP/A2A integration spine across all layers of the Fabric
• Contribute to reference patterns and the shared eval harness in collaboration with Trust, Risk u0026 Evaluation
• Implement agent identity and entitlement at data product boundaries with full provenance and audit
• Support GxP commit-point patterns and audit/traceability requirements




• Provide solid-line management for AI Harness Engineers deployed into pods
• Lead enterprise-wide technology architecture strategies and align with business/IT objectives
• Oversee Architecture teams to design integrated architectures across applications, cloud, data, infrastructure, and security
• Drive target architecture realization, cost-benefit and risk analyses, and standards compliance
• Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions that meet organizational goals
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience xqbhyrx leading people, projects, or programs
• Hands-on experience building production agent systems or LLM orchestration infrastructure at enterprise scale
• Deep familiarity with MCP, A2A, and interoperability landscapes
• Strong identity and security instincts; experience with enterprise IdP and entitlement systems
• Experience designing for regulated environments (e.g., Part 11 contexts)
• Curiosity about AI, its potential and pitfalls, with a habit of learning and adapting
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
