In this role you will lead supplier quality activities for electrical components, ensuring PPAP and APQP compliance while driving performance of assigned suppliers. You will collaborate with engineering, sourcing and product management to align on quality objectives and drive containment of defects. The role emphasizes root cause analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional execution to reduce quality risk. You will manage audits, supplier qualification, and development activities to uphold standards of excellence. This is a hands-on position that supports global teams across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Manufacturing and Supplier Quality Engineering
• Technical xqbhyrx experience with Electrical systems
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Problem solving with structured RCA process execution
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, PFMEA, SPC, RCA methods, and auditing
• Ability to manage a complex workload independently
• Experience with Lean techniques
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work across US and Europe
