In this role you will drive quality assurance across front-office technology solutions built for capital markets clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to define and execute testing strategies, including automation and AI-assisted QA. You will challenge existing practices, promote QA best practices, and help build a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility. • Propose, create and enhance the project's test strategy, including test automation
• Leverage experience to question and improve existing QA practices and promote best practices
• Foster a culture of quality by educating the team and focusing on value-add testing
• Design, maintain and execute test cases and analyze results

Responsabilidades
• Significant QA experience
• Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
• Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, xqbhyrx or WebdriverIO
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and QA role within it
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize QA processes
