As Software Development Manager for the Tamale team within EU INTech, you lead engineers and collaborate with scientists to tackle catalog quality challenges using ML and data analysis. You drive high standards in code, testing, and ops, while delivering scalable solutions in a startup-like environment. You work with cross-functional partners to shape product designs and strategic direction. This role offers impact through improving customer experience and reducing defects in Amazon’s catalog.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with scientists and internal partners on ML-driven catalog quality solutions
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and livesite operations; drive iterative improvements
• Design and deliver multi-tier web services and platform solutions in partnership with product/program managers




• Collaborate with other managers on technical designs and align with broader business goals
• Work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with end-to-end ownership from Day One
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance development to strengthen the engineering team
Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of the software/hardware/networks development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source xqbhyrx control, build processes, testing, and live-site operations
