In this role you will architect and ship our most ambitious customer-facing surfaces, owning frontend and backend work end-to-end. You will shape the platform that enables the engineering team to move faster, turning hands-on product work into reusable patterns and building blocks. You’ll mentor engineers, drive platform improvements (CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, observability), and ensure scalable, observable systems. This is a mission to blend product sensibility with robust platform engineering to deliver delightful user experiences.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years experience in product engineering and platform/SRE roles
• Expert-level React/TypeScript frontend
• Backend experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Cloud and IaC experience with GCP or AWS and Terraform
• Docker and Kubernetes expertise
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, xqbhyrx GitLab CI)
• Distributed cloud-native systems design
• Observability tooling knowledge (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger)
• Strong collaboration with Product and Design teams
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
