This role combines sales, client onboarding, and customer success, supporting businesses as they adopt digital advertising solutions and helping them maximize the value of their advertising investment.

What You Will Do
- Engage with business customers to understand their business and advertising needs
- Recommend suitable digital advertising solutions based on customer objectives
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and platform setup
- Provide product guidance and best practices to support successful campaign launches
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using internal CRM systems
Requirements
- German communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Sales, onboarding, account management, or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, xqbhyrx and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach to sales
- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain
