In this role, you will join the Logistics u0026amp; Construction Procurement team to source specialized services for wind projects across the EMEA region. You will lead negotiations, analyze cost structures, and secure favorable commercial terms while ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget alignment. Based in Madrid, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project competitiveness and general execution. This position offers exposure to a global leader in wind energy and meaningful impact on energy transition.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts for logistics services, specialized transport, and construction support
• Develop and maintain cost models and price benchmarks; provide competitive comparisons to support commercial terms
• Drive negotiations and build relationships with suppliers, operations, logistics, sales, legal, and finance




• Collaborate with sales and tendering during bidding by calculating competitive logistics costs and securing supplier capacity
• Ensure contract compliance, monitor delivery targets, and sustain long-term supplier partnerships
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree (see Education)
• 1–2 years to +5 years in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, or service management within multinational environments
• Experience in transportation, logistics, construction, infrastructure, energy, or project-based sectors xqbhyrx is desirable
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to interpret numbers and run financial benchmarks
• Proficiency in procurement processes and platforms; SAP Ariba knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English; German is advantageous
