In this role you will manage a regional procurement portfolio for Site u0026amp; Maintenance Services, delivering sourcing strategies and supply solutions within the STEP category. You will work with the regional procurement team to drive cost efficiencies and value through strategic initiatives, partnerships with suppliers, and cross-functional collaboration. The position offers international exposure and a clear impact on sustainability-driven sourcing. This is an opportunity to shape procurement strategy within a dynamic, global specialty chemicals company.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for site u0026 maintenance services
• Negotiate contracts and supply agreements for regional services
• Oversee procurement for CAPEX projects to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery
• Drive measurable savings through strategic procurement initiatives
• Use procurement tools (SAP, SLM, Pinpools, QNS, contracts, EcoVadis)
• Conduct market research to identify suppliers and sourcing concepts




• Analyze market developments affecting the category
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers for performance and compliance
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and proactive communication with internal stakeholders
• Support development of category strategies and ensure adherence to procurement standards and ethics
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business, Operations, Procurement or Engineering with commercial background
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Experience in writing, reviewing, and negotiating xqbhyrx contracts
• Proficiency in SAP procurement modules
• Solid command of MS Office
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills
• High integrity and compliance awareness
• Team-oriented and collaborative across functions and countries
