In this role you join Medpace’s Madrid Clinical Trial Management team to support integral study activities and ensure timely, accurate project execution. You will work alongside Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to translate academic rigor into robust trial administration and management. This is an entry-to-mid level path with intensive training, international collaboration, and opportunities to impact the development of cutting-edge therapeutics. You will contribute to cross-functional study coordination, regulatory oversight, and project lifecycle activities, helping accelerate clinical research outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the trial management system
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Provide oversight and quality control of the internal regulatory filing system
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes
Responsabilidades
• xqbhyrx PhD in Life Sciences
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team
• CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience not required but advantageous
