In this role you ensure the stability and continuous improvement of BYD Iberia’s IT systems, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will support operations across local and EU/HQ IT teams, driving efficiency and system readiness for innovative mobility solutions. You’ll analyze requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and develop documentation while aligning with legal IT requirements. This position offers cross‑national learning and a chance to contribute to a zero‑emission future.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Collect and analyze business and user requirements to identify bottlenecks and advise system improvements
• Communicate with local stakeholders on system QA and provide training to key users
• Collaborate with EU IT and HQ IT teams on planning, implementation, upgrades, optimization, and transformation of IT systems




• Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform evaluations and release tests
• Understand and communicate IT-related legal requirements with the Legal Department
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with independent decision-making
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities for effective xqbhyrx collaboration
• Highly structured, goal‑oriented, and focused on results
• Proactive and curious mindset for innovative solutions and continuous improvement
• Native or professional proficiency in Chinese is a plus
