In this role, you will investigate and resolve system and configuration issues raised by customers, providing timely support across multiple products. You will configure solutions via the UI, assist and train customers, and collaborate with a general team to ensure smooth operations. You’ll handle ticketing via Freshdesk, escalate when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement through coaching and ideation. This is a hands-on role focused on customer success and technical troubleshooting at scale.

• Monitor Freshdesk tickets and respond within SLA
• Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues for customers
• Configure systems using the UI and implement defined requirements
• Build/update custom forms, integrations, and data aggregation (SQL/XML)




• Interface with global customers and may serve as dedicated account representative
• Collaborate with team members on complex issues; coach new staff
• Participate in brainstorming and contribute ideas for improvements
• Attend customer meetings and provide training on existing functionality
• Escalate to T3 when required; perform additional duties as needed
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer xqbhyrx Science or Information Technology or related technical discipline (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years in software troubleshooting or technical support
• Experience interfacing with external/global customers
• Strong problem-solving and independent analysis in high-pressure environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English; additional languages advantageous
