As IT Manager EMEA, you will lead the regional IT function and serve as the primary bridge between EMEA business teams and General IT. You will oversee business applications, IT operations and the Helpdesk, manage the regional IT budget, and coordinate with technology partners to enable growth and digital transformation. You will partner with business leaders to translate needs into practical technology solutions, driving operational excellence across a multi-country region. This role offers the chance to shape regional IT strategy in a global, multicultural setting.

• Lead the EMEA IT function and act as trusted partner to business stakeholders
• Oversee the EMEA application landscape (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM) including lifecycle management, integration, and continuous improvement
• Lead the EMEA Helpdesk and ensure reliable IT services, coordinating with Global IT and external providers on infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networks, cloud and other services
• Drive regional IT projects from requirements to implementation aligned with business priorities and Global IT standards
• Own the EMEA IT budget and manage key technology vendors and service providers for cost efficiency and value
• Interface with Global IT to implement policies and standards, coordinate on infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture and strategic initiatives, and report on performance and risks
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years IT experience with enterprise applications, IT operations or technology management
• 5+ years IT leadership experience in regional or multi-country environments
• Strong experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, ERP or similar systems
• Experience xqbhyrx leading IT teams and/or Helpdesk/service delivery functions
• Proven track record managing IT projects, vendors and external service providers
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, networking and modern workplace technologies
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate requirements into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in global/multicultural contexts
• Desirable: experience in manufacturing, Sales u0026 Operations or B2B environments
