As an Institutional Client Solution u0026amp; Strategy Specialist, you will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Ebury’s institutional solutions. You will work cross-functionally to uncover treasury pain points and deliver tech-enabled, data-driven solutions that scale client impact. You’ll blend market insight with product execution to expand our fastest-growing client segment. This role offers hands-on product leadership in a collaborative, growth-focused culture with strong mentorship and cutting-edge tech.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and articulate treasury problems for private market participants and their service providers
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product and operations
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; align cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing
• Spot high-impact opportunities in FX, Derivatives, Interest income, and regional growth
• Gather requirements with clients to define epics and user stories for successful outcomes
• Maintain market awareness and perform competitor analysis to inform the roadmap
• Develop deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows
Responsabilidades
• Experience with Treasury products (FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash management)
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks (treasury, asset management, banks, fintechs)
• Familiarity with Fintech Treasury Management Systems
• Experience xqbhyrx with cash management products (money market funds, deposit optimisation, cash pooling)
• Strong treasury management principles and experience with treasury solutions
• Product building experience and hands-on leadership; able to contribute directly
