In this role, you will lead Spain’s publicity campaigns for Warner Bros. Pictures’ theatrical slate, adapting global plans to fit the local market and maximize earned media impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-profile campaigns tied to premieres, tours and cultural moments. You drive audience engagement, manage talent logistics and budget, and ensure alignment with international objectives. This is a fast-paced, visibility-driven role that shapes how Spanish audiences experience WBD’s film slate.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Oversee Spanish publicity campaigns from strategy to execution, localising global plans for relevance and impact
• Serve as the primary publicity contact for Spain, coordinating with Marketing, Distribution, Creative, Social, Media and Promotions, and with filmmakers and external PR agencies
• Plan and deliver publicity activity in Spain (talent tours, premieres, special screenings, awards campaigns, film festivals) to boost visibility
• Coordinate talent schedules,



manage tour/junket logistics, and handle supplier negotiations, onboarding, POs, vendor creation and contracts
• Manage the Spanish publicity budget, track KPIs, and provide status updates to senior stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with print, broadcast, online and influencer media to secure editorial coverage and opportunities
• Support publicity strategies for local productions, oversee materials and monitoring, and lead the publicity team across multiple film titles
Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience xqbhyrx in publicity/PR within entertainment, film studio, media organization or agency
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to craft communications for local and international stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish media landscape (entertainment, film, lifestyle, online, influencer)
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Collaborative approach with experience working with internal teams, external agencies, media partners and international offices
