As a (Senior) Software Engineer in Glovo's Quick-Commerce Global Services, you will help build a next-generation platform supporting groceries and urgent daily needs across the Delivery Hero ecosystem. You will be part of a Central Team in Barcelona, working with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable solutions for a integral audience. Your work will focus on onboarding and the early vendor lifecycle, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering timely fixes in a goal-driven environment. This is an opportunity to shape platforms at scale within a fast-paced, diverse culture that values engineering excellence.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years backend software engineering experience with strong Java and/or Kotlin
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers xqbhyrx (Kafka, SNS/SQS, Google Pub/Sub) and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers across teams
• Strong English communication skills
