As a Principal AI Engineer at NIQ, you will lead the design and deployment of AI-powered tools that boost internal productivity across functions like finance, HR, operations, and sales. You’ll embed with business teams to translate workflows into scalable AI solutions and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to adoption at global scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, engineering, and business operations, delivering measurable impact with fast, practical iterations and reusable platforms. This role offers high visibility across regions and an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide AI capabilities.

Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years in software engineering, ML, or applied AI
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade cloud systems
• Experience building/deploying AI/ML systems, ideally with LLMs
• Experience building/orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows
• Full-stack capability (APIs, xqbhyrx data pipelines, front-end interfaces when needed)
• Strong system design knowledge including distributed systems and scalability
• Security, reliability, and governance awareness in enterprise AI
• Experience in global, cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance considerations for enterprise AI
