In this role you will drive cross-functional internal initiatives within Flywire's General PMO in Valencia. You’ll manage projects using a blended waterfall and agile approach, partnering with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll bring structure to complex workstreams, maintain governance and risk management, and foster alignment across multiple teams. This is an opportunity to shape internal delivery practices at a fast-paced, globally focused payments company.

• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional internal projects across core business functions (Finance, Operations, Legal, HR)
• Translate business needs into structured project plans with milestones and ownership
• Adapt delivery methods based on complexity and priorities while maintaining execution standards
• Establish and maintain project-level operating rhythms, status tracking, and dependency management
• Maintain project documentation, risk/issue tracking, and decision-support reporting
• Identify risks, dependencies,



and blockers; propose mitigations and escalate as needed
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders to resolve competing priorities
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement within assigned projects
• Promote project management best practices across PMO practices
Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years of project management experience in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
• Proven experience with blended waterfall and agile approaches
• Strong execution discipline with organizational, tracking, and risk management skills
• Ability to clarify and structure xqbhyrx ambiguous workstreams
• Proactive risk, dependency, and stakeholder management
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders without direct line authority
• Strong written and verbal English communication (C1/C2)
• Individual contributor path focused on project delivery excellence
