In this MEP Design Manager role, you drive design excellence across a multidisciplinary project, coordinating civil, structural, architectural, MEP and related teams to ensure seamless delivery. You act as the central liaison among design-build stakeholders and leadership, guiding reviews, risk management and adherence to requirements. You’ll support value engineering, safety-in-design and timely approvals, shaping project outcomes through cross-functional collaboration and robust design coordination.

• Lead the Design Management Plan and ensure clear delivery structure
• Coordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and Process Engineering disciplines and related teams
• Serve as the main contact between design-build contractors, stakeholders and leadership
• Organize and facilitate design reviews, workshops and meetings with timely feedback
• Oversee the design coordination process for consistency across packages
• Manage design risks, issues and changes through resolution
• Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements before submission




• Support value engineering, constructability and safety-in-design reviews
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals and technical approvals with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the Quality Control Program through audits and issue resolution
• Collaborate with planning teams to integrate workplace and operational requirements
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (BSc / MSc or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as Lead Engineer or Design Manager within an EPC environment
• Strong background in technical project xqbhyrx management in multidisciplinary settings
• Solid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders
• Experience in data centre projects is advantageous
• Fluent in Spanish and English
