As a Functional Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance u0026amp; Operations, you drive transformation of finance and operations by translating business needs into effective system designs. You will work in a cross-functional team across finance, logistics and IT to optimize processes and deliver value. You’ll configure the platform, create and validate requirements, and support change and release activities to ensure solutions align with flows and stakeholder needs. This role offers hands-on impact in a growth-minded organization that values autonomy and collaboration.

• Gather information from and collaborate with stakeholders (finance, procurement, warehouse, IT)
• Understand strategic business needs and growth plans
• Document and transform requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
• Create, document, and maintain solution designs
• Configure the system and demo prototypes to users
• Prepare functional gap design documents
• Test configurations and customizations against existing processes




• Organize user validation and support end-to-end UAT
• Provide users’ consultancy and second-level support (tickets)
• Follow Change and Release management processes
• Prepare release notes
• Manage tasks in AzureDevOps/Jira
Responsabilidades
• u003e3 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance u0026 Operations implementation and support
• Extensive experience in D365 Fu0026O implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of standard D365 functionalities and core business processes (GL, AP, AR, manufacturing, inventory, cost, tax accounting)
• Experience with xqbhyrx electronic reporting and subscription billing (nice to have)
• Experience in supply chain management flows and integrated environments
• Experience with AzureDevOps/Jira
• UML/BPMN knowledge (a plus)
• Experience preparing user stories, manuals, and release notes
• Ability to adapt requirements to technical and business language
• Experience organizing validation activities and user acceptance testing
• Independent research, analytical thinking, and self-organization
• Technical background (advantage)
