In this role, you will lead service delivery for assigned accounts, owning financial health and strategic direction. You will design delivery plans aligned with customer priorities, using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and grow the portfolio. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales and CXMs to ensure solutions consistently meet customer expectations. A key focus is integrating AI-driven tools to optimize reporting and resource planning while shaping long-term delivery strategies that align with Cisco’s portfolio.

• Create and execute comprehensive service delivery plans balancing budget, resources, and customer objectives
• Own financial approvals including scope, pricing, and margins to keep projects on time and within budget
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)



and delivery workshops to show value and identify expansion opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement via AI-driven automation for reporting and resource planning
• Analyze customer needs to shape long-term delivery strategies aligned with Cisco portfolios and growth targets
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, Sales, and CXMs for unified delivery and fast issue resolution
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience xqbhyrx or Master’s with 4+ years of experience
• 3+ years managing service delivery across multiple accounts with Pu0026L oversight and financial planning
• Experience with data analytics, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions
• Experience presenting financial metrics to executive stakeholders during business reviews
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing projects
