In this role you will lead the Europe PACS strategic backbone, aligning planning, prioritization, and resourcing with Europe OU priorities. You’ll drive ABP and LRP processes, ensuring cross-functional integration with system partners and bottling partners. You will enable disciplined investment trade-offs to deliver sustainable, high-impact outcomes across European markets. This position offers visibility to senior leadership and a chance to shape enterprise-wide decision making in a complex, matrixed organization.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the Europe PACS ABP and LRP processes to align with Europe OU priorities and partner plans
• Translate strategic priorities into PACS objectives, investments, and execution roadmaps
• Enable disciplined market and workstream prioritization balancing short-term needs with long-term value
• Design and lead a Europe PACS resource allocation strategy across DME and OPEX
• Establish governance forums to guide investment decisions and drive buy-in on new ways of working
• Oversee PACS budget planning, tracking,
and performance management with central and local owners
• Orchestrate core PACS operating routines and cross-functional collaboration
• Integrate Innocent, Costa, bottlers, and market PACS leaders into planning rhythms
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, templates, and processes
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to support decision making
• Build trust-based relationships across the system to drive alignment and accountability
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive xqbhyrx experience in strategic planning, operations, finance, or governance in a large organization
• Proven experience leading multimarket or regional planning and resource allocation processes
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, investment frameworks, and performance tracking
• Ability to drive change at enterprise level and influence senior leaders
• Highly structured, analytical thinker with ability to simplify complexity
• Experience in FMCG, consumer facing, or matrixed global organizations preferred
