In this role you will be the on-site IT ambassador for the Valencia hub, delivering high-touch technical support and enabling a smooth digital workplace. You will bridge local needs with global IT, combining hands-on troubleshooting with SaaS administration and asset lifecycle management. You’ll drive automation, contribute to AI-driven support, and help scale IT operations across time zones. This is an opportunity to shape user experiences, security, and efficiency in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

• Provide advanced L2 hardware, software, and connectivity support for local staff and remote general users.
• Maintain IAM standards and governance for SOC2 compliance and User Access Reviews.
• Document SOPs and propose automations to reduce recurring issues and enable AI-powered self-service.




• Manage user access and configurations across core platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira).
• Lead physical hardware operations, including procurement, tagging, and Zero-Touch provisioning via MDM with data integrity.
• Collaborate with global IT Cloud and CPE teams to support infrastructure updates and cross-time-zone operations.
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in a technical IT support or engineering role in Tech or FinTech.
• Experience administering macOS and Windows endpoints; familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira.
• Hands-on hardware lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and stock forecasting. xqbhyrx
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
