In this role, you will design, test, and deliver solutions for High Value Crops (HVC) growers, supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance, quality, and cost targets. You will work within the Parla Innovation Center ecosystem and contribute to multiple projects or subsystems in larger programs. You’ll validate third-party solutions, conduct feasibility tests, and assess reusability of existing technologies. This is a hands-on engineer role with significant collaboration and impact on product development in agtech.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and validate HVC-focused solutions aligned with the HVC strategy
• Collaborate with ISG, Agronomy, and other teams to address customer challenges
• Validate third-party solutions with customers
• Design feasibility tests and provide data to validate designs
• Integrate and test existing technologies for potential reuse in HVC




• Manage project tasks to meet time, cost, and quality targets
• Support innovation projects within the John Deere Parla Innovation Center ecosystem
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in AgTech, product development, testing, and validation
• Hands-on experience with agricultural technologies (sensors, cameras, digital xqbhyrx solutions, connectivity, data-driven tools)
• Background in Agronomy with experience in high-value crops preferred
• Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese or German is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Iberian Peninsula and internationally
• Valid driver's license
