In this role, you help QualityDocs prove value by defining adoption metrics, driving customer success, and shaping product maturity. You work across product, strategy, sales, and services to surface adoption risks and craft narratives that motivate customers to modernize their processes. You’ll analyze usage data to pinpoint barriers, build ROI-focused case studies, and create strategic collateral for executive audiences. This position blends data, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to grow customer loyalty in the life sciences quality domain.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define KPIs and usage metrics to quantify high-value adoption for QualityDocs
• Lead strategic webinars and workshops to foster continuous improvement and influence product evolution
• Deliver prospective case studies and value models highlighting ROI of feature adoption
• Create high-impact collateral to challenge outdated practices and promote process optimization




• Translate technical capabilities into Day-in-the-Life transformations for executive-level impact
• Identify leading indicators by industry segment to flag at-risk customers
• Collaborate with post-implementation teams and consultants to drive improvement services opportunities
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, solution consulting, etc.)
• 5+ years working with document management systems supporting Quality and GxP
• Proficiency in document management and product development lifecycle; experience xqbhyrx proposing adoption solutions
• Data analysis capability and experience building KPI dashboards
• Ability to have meaningful conversations with Quality and IT across organizations
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer meetings and presentations
