In this role you will own the automation domain to reduce manual work and boost product delivery velocity. You’ll design and operate advanced automation workflows across systems, leveraging AI/LLM capabilities and a modern tech stack to support the Product organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, performance, and governance in production. This is a chance to shape automation at scale for a leading digital employee experience platform.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop, and own automation workflows and architectures integrating systems via APIs and AI/LLM capabilities (Power Platform, M365, AWS, GitHub Actions)
• Administer and optimize the automation environment for performance, cost, and governance




• Monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate workflows to ensure production reliability and accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years of Java development experience in SaaS projects
• Experience with Microservices frameworks (Micronaut a plus)
• Bsc/Msc in Computer Science xqbhyrx or equivalent
• Experience with RESTful APIs and messaging systems like Kafka
• Familiar with unit and integration tests
• CI/CD experience is a plus
• Docker and Kubernetes are a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
• Professional-level English (spoken and written)
