In this role you will lead the global sourcing strategy for Hotel and Mobility, aligning with travel and procurement policies. You will negotiate global and regional agreements, drive program performance, and collaborate across Hitachi Group to secure optimal terms. You will translate local needs into the global category approach, analyze spend and supplier data, and ensure program adoption within TMC and Concur. You will manage supplier reviews and roll out new agreements, contributing to cost savings and policy compliance. This is a high-impact role for someone who shapes travel programs at scale.

• Develop and execute the global category strategy for Hotel and Mobility across Hitachi Energy locations
• Negotiate and manage global and regional framework agreements with hotels and mobility providers
• Coordinate with the Hitachi Group to align on sourcing and conditions
• Collaborate with Country Heads and regional stakeholders to capture local needs
• Analyze travel spend, patterns, market developments, and supplier performance to identify savings and risks
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy; track savings, KPIs, SLAs, and supplier performance
• Implement negotiated programs within TMC environment and Concur (rate loading, content, traveler communication)
• Conduct regular business reviews with hotel and mobility suppliers
• Develop and execute communication plans to promote programs and improve policy compliance
• Monitor industry trends,
market rates, and regulatory requirements to stay competitive
• Support rollout and communication of new agreements across the organization
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Several years in category management or strategic procurement, ideally in Travel, Hotel, Mobility, or related services
• Operational and strategic experience in a corporate travel environment; hands-on with a TMC
• Experience with travel policy management and traveler experience improvements
• Proven track record in negotiating global and regional agreements with hotel and mobility suppliers
• Experience in travel program implementation and process optimization within TMC and Concur across multiple countries
• Strong xqbhyrx analytical skills to translate spend data and market trends into sourcing actions
• Proven experience managing global RFPs: supplier selection, commercial evaluation, contract negotiations, implementation
• Solid knowledge of hotel sourcing, global hotel program management, rate negotiations, car rental procurement, KPI/SLA management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels; governance, compliance, and risk awareness
• Proficiency with Ariba, Concur, GDS systems, and travel analytics tools
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous
